I have the same machine and the spent coffee tray wasn't going in and after cycling with pressing three times then clicking three times all the lights would cycle between red and green and the machine would do nothing. It turned out to be a jammed eject motion of spent coffee. the coffee was pressed in but wouldn't eject into the coffee tray so the flap wouldn't go all the way up making the tray not go in. I took the back of the machine off and used a screw driver to "help the unit up during the cycle". When the machine would screw down and PRESS I'd not do anything but as soon as it would screw up I would lever my screw driver and HELP it up....after two or three attempts it screwed all the way up and ejected the coffee and now it seems fine.

It's $11.99, which I find is a bit steep... For a piece of plastic... But then again...
