Yes. The iPhone has a feature called "flight mode" which disables all of its wireless service. You can use it when flying.

Do I need more than drivers licence for id. to fly?flying delta and alaska airlines

To fly on both Delta and Alaska Airlines, you will generally need a valid government-issued identification (ID) to board your flight. This can be a driver's license, passport, or another form of government-issued ID. It is important to note that different countries and airlines may have different requirements for acceptable forms of ID, so it is best to check with the specific airline and the country you will be traveling to for their specific ID requirements.
In general, it is a good idea to have a valid government-issued ID with you when traveling, as it may be required for a variety of purposes, such as checking in for your flight, passing through security, or verifying your identity while traveling. It is recommended to bring a passport if you are traveling internationally, as it is a widely accepted form of identification and also serves as proof of citizenship.
If you are unsure about the ID requirements for your specific travel plans, it is recommended to contact the airlines or check their websites for more information.

Who owned tower airlines

Tower Air was co-founded, majority owned, and managed by Morris K. Nachtomi, an Israeli citizen who had emigrated to the United States. After a 30-year career with El Al, Nachtomi joined a wholesaler and tour package operator Tower Travel Corporation in 1981. Tower Travel Corporation was founded by Zev Melamid and his wife Estelle in the 1970s to promote discount travel to Israel. Tower Travel Corporation is credited with developing the wholesale charter market between New York and Tel Aviv.
Tower Air was formed on August 13, 1982 by Zev Melamid, Mordechi Gill, Morris Nachtomi, and Sam Fondlier as equal shareholders. The airline was formed to replace the lift Tower Travel Corporation lost when Flying Tiger Line via a subsidiary, Metro International Airlines, decided to end scheduled and charter commercial passenger service (although military airlift cargo flights operated by Flying Tiger continued) and the three Boeing 747s configured for passenger flights were traded to Pan Am in exchange for all-cargo 747 freighter aircraft.

Does the direction of travel matters when it comes to Jet lag?

Absolutely, when you're flying north or south in the same time zone you experience the fewest problems because the time of day always remains the same as in the place where the flight originated. On the other hand, when you're flying east, you typically experience the most problems because you "lose" time. When you're flying west you "gain" time and usually have an easier time adjusting.

No problem. I just want to know if I can switch to 4wd while driving.

It depends on the system on fly systems yes . But its a good idia to do it at low speed like 5 miles an hour or less and if there is a button push it and try not to have the brake on when you shift . Lots of things can go wrong so go easy and it will go easy on your wallat

Poor fuel milage on 2002 tundra. sr5 ext cab 4x4, 4.7l

when you tow your milage is going to go way down. If this is something you do a lot Then you need to invest in a on the fly ajustable computer and it will change your computer settings for the job you are doing on the fly. It will give you better performance for towing when you want to tow. better milage for driving when you want to drive. You can also use it if you want to change the tire size, it will allow you to change the tire size without loosing your speedomiter settings.
