Not wharking my mother

Dear my motherboard not working prpo

    when I plugged in the cd player the cord was showing a gap in the power cord which I didn't notice and it blew the underneath on the board

Check all connections and pins they may have been forced in at some point if they are bent you can try to gently move them straight with a ball point pen if there are some missing replacement is nessercery allso check all connections are right and conected in correct slots

kindly clean the ram and if there is more then 1 ram in motherboard removed that and try installing with single ram. also check the fan is working fine and .the heatsink in not too heat. chek the media cd also .

does ur processor fan and smps fan work if both are working then the problem is in the motheboard if both are not working check ur smps by shorting the green pin with black if it doesnt work change ur smps and it works the problem is in ur motherboard ur power supplysection in ur motherboard has been fried take the mother board to a qulified chiplver service personal

all mother board bios has a beep coad for successful post. looks at mother board manual which is provided with ur mother board. or vander web site. (some mother board one single beep for successful post).

Computer shuts down y by itself

remove ur power supply socket from the mother board short the pin green and black in the connector if the smps start no problen with the power supply then the problems lies with ur mother board wiring or fault in your mother board if your mother board has secondry power fix it correctly to mother board sock et with has 4 pin if its not working cousult a chiplel engineer the fault lies in the power supply of the motherboard
