Spyware problem my laptop has been affected from spyware virus therefore the laptop doesnt work what to do (this happened due to interenet browsing)the interenet explorer only works but it only goes to the spyware removing software removing site (is there any free software to solve this problem)

If it only happens when using Hotmail, it is not your keyboard. Check your anti-virus, anti-spyware programs, could be a bottleneck.

go to www.download.com There you will find several very good and free virus and spyware removal tools. I personally recommened spybot search and destroy. Lavasofts, Ad-Aware and AVG's Anti-Virus Free. They are all freeware you can download there at no cost and run them first to try and eliminate the viruses on your machine.

try pressing F8 at startup and press last known good configuration.

 uninstall the spyware doctor  install the avg its protect u r computer for spyware and viruses after install avg restart u r computer

This may happen due to few reasons.
1. If the laptop is heating up.
2. Virus/Spyware Infections
3. Program conflicts on the computer.

Boot your computer in the safe mode or in BIOS and than let it be on, monitor if it still shuts down after the same time, if it does that it is an heating issue.( Also see if the body heats up abnormally).

If it does not than you should scan your computer for the virus/spyware.

Boot you computer into Safe Mode. Reboot and hit F2, F8 or F12 (Depends on the computer) but it will say on the screen. Boot to Same Mode and run the virus checker from there. That should find and delete the virus. To restore the desktop you need to right click on the desk top and choose properties, and restore it manually. The automatic settings never work for me either.

Download anti-spyware software and then run thorough scan to clean ur computer,
"Spyware Doctor" is a good option.

I would try running one of the free online scans by someone like Mcafee or PCCillin, you can run these without actually buying the software. They will help you see if you have any issues.
As for the file you cannot delete. It is likely that this file has been locked hence your not able to remove it. There is a free handy program called unlocker that may help if you search for this on google and install it, you can then right click on the file and you will have a new unlocker option, choose this and you can then unlock the file, and even try and delete the file from this program.
Hope this helps. Please note I have no idea what your file it so I cant guarantee that if you remove this file everything will still work, as long as your sure its ok to delete the method above should work.
