The error code is displayed when its beeping.
I don't know the error code, so It can only be three things,
Out of balance switch,Lid magnetic reed switch,Or Rotor position sensor,Your error code would help me work out witch one of these are faulty. to work out your error code look at picture below.
Add up the lights that are on.

Sounds like you have described this fault.

43.(00101011) Phase 1 to 6 - OOB Switch Fault The Motor Control Module has found that the signal returning from the out of balance switch indicates that the switch is permanently on or the harness to it is disconnected.
Primary Source: Mechanical.
Action: 1.Check that the out of balance switch is free to move.
2.Check that no harnesses are blocking switch movement.
3.Check that the switch operates correctly when activated. Replace the switch if suspect. 4.If the out of balance micro switch shows signs of corrosion, replace the switch and switch harness, and fit a condensation kit to the console area if not incorporated in the top deck.
5.Check that the SmartDrive is level and also that the bias spring is in place.
Secondary Source: Wiring.
Action: Check the harness to the out of balance switch is connected correctly. The terminals should be connected to the normally closed position. If the harness terminals show signs of corrosion, then fit a new harness and switch.

The switch is located under the main computer. To get it out first unplug machine from the wall, then you will see two screws on the top back of display console take them out and remove console. Now you should see the main computer dissconect and remove, once out you can now get at the out of balance switch. Carefully remove it by pushing the tabs back one at a time again be very careful here as the tabs can break very easily. Once off unplug it from the wiring loom and then source yourself a new one.

Most waashers rinse with cold water and if your cold water screen on the valve is plugged and it can't let water in it may cause your problem.

Fisher Paykel washing machine Smartdrive 703 Advance, Power and Start buttons are non responsive when pushed. Is there a part that can fix this. Does the control panel have to be replaced?

Fisher & Paykel Smart Drive beeps and stops during rinse cycle. If I hit pause and wait and restart it eventually continues. It seems like it has problems detecting water level.
