We would need to know the full model number from the tag on the oven and if it's counting down or not, and if there is a loud buzz, etc.

But generically speaking it may be a door switch problem.

Chances are that is just a defective top or bottom door switch or its mount.

you probably have a h.v. diode,h.v. capacitor, and the triac or magnetron is defective

OK, you have two components that are faulty. the magnetron and the turntable motor as well. replacing these two components will fix both issues.
