When you click on MY COMPUTER you should see if cd drive is listed, if it is then try a different cd or dvd to see if that works. If that still does not work then check BIOS settings to make sure cd drive is present.
If drive appears ok and printer cd still not working the quick solution would be to go to print manufactures site and download drivers for your printer.

formate the c drive and insert a windows softwae cd into the cd drive and follow the instoction.wait for 45minites it will complete windows install
after sucessful instalation you have to restart your laptop.

Put recovery disc in and while system is starting press F12 key repeatedly until boot menu appears then select boot from CD
