Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
I just got my Motorola RAZR V3 yesterday and everything was working fine with it. I charged it overnight last night (because it needed charging) and when I unplugged it from the outlet, there was (and still is) a thin blue line going across the external display screen. I tried turning my phone off and on, but that did nothing. The line was not on the external display before I charged it, and it wasn't/currently isn't on the internal display. The line remains no matter what is on the external display. (i.e. time, at&t logo, camera mode) The line is located close to the very top of the display, going through my signal bars on the left and the middle of the battery symbol on the right. It really isn't all the big of a deal... it just really annoys me. If there is anything I can do besides sending the phone in to get repaired or ordering a new one, please let me know. I really don't want to have to go through all the hassle. If there is nothing that I myself can do, I will probably just keep it the way it is (unless there is a possibility that it can corrupt the entire external display). The only thing I have not tried is taking the battery out and putting it back in. I'm fine with doing that as long as my pictures and downloaded ringtones don't get erased. (Do they?) Hi There, If u r external display has a line through this could be the result of a few things... 1. your phone fell 2. you may have got a faulty phone if it is new or even used. to solve this problem u need to have the external screen replaced by a qualified phone repair personel.Hope this helps.
