First - re-seat the hard disk and reboot the computer. If the computer does not boot up then reboot and go into the BIOS configuration to see if the BIOS detects the hard drive. If it doesn't detect the hard drive then it could be faulty.
Then the hard drive needs to be replaced in the computer/laptop, Windows installed and the computer or laptop's device drivers plus your programs etc. to get a functioning computer/laptop again.

SOURCE: trying to open the back of a sony vaio pcg laptop

You have posted a laptop question in the desktop section. Laptop disassembly is not something you just jump into like a desktop. Laptop components are very small, and not made for assembly/disassembly. The connectors are conductive paint on ribbons, and if you remove them more than once or twice you can break the whole laptop and it won't work at all. What are you trying to do exactly. Anything more than a hard drive or memory change you should take to a technician.

Where is the internal battery located in the Sony Vaio All-In-One Touchscreen PC PCG-11211L Core i5 8GB 1080p

The CMOS battery is always fixed the motherboard. Usually it is a CR2032, 3 volt button battery, sometimes it is a custom battery that is hard soldered to the board.

I was hoping our Expert @Larry Ng would be along, as I am sure he has a lot more to add. I did edit the post yesterday to add the full name and spec.

WHERE IS THE HARD DRIVE LOCATED ON A SONY VIO PCG11211L

Here is the support link for the computer (it was apparently bought in Latin America region so the manuals are in Spanish) it is apparently a VPCJ125FL/B J Series All In One PCG-11211L
All in one machines typically need to be totally disassembled to get at the hard drive, and the screen may have to be removed. Please refer this repair to a competent technician if you are not experienced. VAIO Series All in One

I am looking for a USER'S MANUAL for my SONY VAIO PCG-K315S.

The manual for the PCG-K series is found here:
ftp://ftp.vaio-link.com/pub/Manuals/Notebooks/K3/K3_H_EN.pdf
The specifics of the K315S model don't appear to be anything but minor variations of each other (such as more ram, different hard drive, or larger/smaller screens) so this manual should cover all the basic functions of the laptop.
Since this appears to be a laptop made for European markets you can use this website to find drivers and other documentation: http://support.vaio.sony.eu/computing/vaio/index.aspx
You will need to enter your serial number off the labal on the bottom of the machine.
Hope this helps!

My vga card for sony vgn-t2xp model pcg-4d1m

The model of your sony vaio is VGN-T2XP/L and chassis type is PCG-4D1M

I can only give you a link where you can download necessary drivers, updates/firmwares or original drivers that comes with this unit. It depends on what operating system you are currently using.
If you then upgrade your operating system for example from windows vista to windows 7, then suddenly some hardware including sounds, lancard, vga experienced some troubles, I do suggest you downgrade again your operating system or find appropriate compatible drivers that will work for your new operating system.
In this link you will find something that might help you.

Sony vaio operating system not found when computer is first turned on... what can I do to fix this and have I lost all info on my comp? I have a Sony Vaio PCG-394L notebook with Windows Vista operating...

You can try running the installation/recovery disc that came with the computer or the built-in recovery system (if it has one) to try and repair the windows installation. The problem is if the computer is saying that the operating system is not found then critical files got deleted from something like a virus or the hard disc drive has stopped working. You may have to do a format and re-install of the windows OS.
