First - re-seat the hard disk and reboot the computer. If the computer does not boot up then reboot and go into the BIOS configuration to see if the BIOS detects the hard drive. If it doesn't detect the hard drive then it could be faulty.
Then the hard drive needs to be replaced in the computer/laptop, Windows installed and the computer or laptop's device drivers plus your programs etc. to get a functioning computer/laptop again.

You have posted a laptop question in the desktop section. Laptop disassembly is not something you just jump into like a desktop. Laptop components are very small, and not made for assembly/disassembly. The connectors are conductive paint on ribbons, and if you remove them more than once or twice you can break the whole laptop and it won't work at all. What are you trying to do exactly. Anything more than a hard drive or memory change you should take to a technician.

find out what the error code you can search teh code on google and find out what the problem is and how to fix it if you cant try reinstalling the pc. backup everything before you reinstall though

U need to download the raid drivers and put them onto a floppy drive .. during loading of XP install u press a key to load Raid or Scussi drivers .. hit that, load the driver u put onto floppy and it shud then find it
