Where is reset button

Often the sync button can be found inside the battery compartment. Unless it's a tiny USB receiver, you probably also need to press the sync button on the receiver within a couple of seconds of pressing the sync button on the mouse. If that doesn't work or make sense, please provide the mouse model #.

Hi, My cordless mouse does not work. I changed the batteries. The green light is lit on the bottom of the mouse. I tried resetting it. Can you help? Sue

It sounds like you have to re-pair the mouse. Press the "connect" button on the signal receptor then press the "connect" button on the bottom of your mouse.

It stopped working completely. had to plug

There is a reset button on the bottom that needs to be pushed with a ballpoint pen after exchanging the battery. Make sure you face the mouse towards the reciever while resetting it. Thanks, Dana

My logitech wireless mouse stopped working.

I fixed this when I had the same issue by pressing the "reset" (?) button on the bottom of the mouse. I was surprised at the simplicity after chnging batteries multiple times...

My mouse does nothing the lights are on but there's no one home

you need to reset the transmitter receiver and the item you changed the battery , the button to reset the mouse and the keyboard is on the bottom and you can use a pencil or pen tip to push the button
first push the transceiver and then push the mouse, good strong batteries are the best.

My mouse won't work, even after I changed the battery. Cordless,

Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch. Hope this helps you. Bud

Cordless Mouse Just quit working While In Use

Most cordless mouse I saw has a reset button. Press this button, make sure you're in the transmission distance from the receiver when you do this.
