After you convert the videos, make sure that they are MP4 or M4V formats. Otherwise, there maybe something wrong when you use iTunes to sync. Actually, I use Aimersoft Video Converter to do conversion. You can free download it for try here: http://www.aimersoft.com/video-converter.html
I have a i touch 8 gb and my video won't sync to the itouch eventhough it is converted using videora.
i even converted the file again in i-tunes using " convert to ipod/iphone"
It's in the library already converted as MPEG-4 how come it's not going in?

I had same problem once, Ipod use a different format. The best way would be to use this problem to convert it and then put the movie on the ipod. This program is completely free. I've used this program for more then 5 years.
This is the link for the download: Videora iPod Converter Free iPod Video Converter

There is another free software called, get this, Free iPod Video Converter. It has been getting rave reviews on cnet.com and people claim it is far better than videora.
Before trying to transfer the video files. You have to convert them to the ipod format. Before conveting the files its always advisable to copy them to the hard drive.
Install the software then it will have the option of select the files to be converted.
Then select the files & click on convert option.
It will convert & you can select the destination directory.
Many of the videos you download need to be converted to be able to fit onto the ipod. You can try to google "IPOD CONVERTER". you can then download a program that will allow your videos to fit onto the ipod.
Maybe your videos aren't in the correct format. Try converting them to .mov (which is the format of quicktime). You can use "Total Video Converter" or any other video converter. Save your videos and then take them to iTunes. Connect your Ipod and check the "sincronize videos" option.
