Tnx CrazyLarry, i was checking the sd card, i bought other sd card (Kingston, the first card was PNY) thinking that maybe the sd card was broken, but the same occurs with the new. When i connect the binoculars by usb to the computer, and after to try to explore the card (the card has 3 pictures taked with the binoculars) i received the same message that i need give format to the unit "G". I gave it the format and i copied some pictures from "Myimages" on my pc into the unit G (sd card). I saw the pictures without any problem, but when i take pictures with the binoculars and i connect it to the pc, the same problem happens, i cannot to see the pictures and the pc ask me to give format to the sd card.
I dont understand, how can i to recover my photos taked when anytime that i try to see them, i have to give format to the card?
I will do what you suggest me, see the card in a wallmart.
I am a little mix up with this, because in the manual explain the process to see the pictures taken, in very easy way, but in the practice is not the same.
Well, i'll continue trying.
My Imageview ( Bushnell ) won't work with a 1GB SD card but will work with a 512Mb AND it will work with a 256Mb. 512 must be the maximum capacity.....Bushnell fails to mention this in the manual or specifications!!!

Commonly any digital camera will use Secure digital (SD) card and Multi Media Card (MMC). Please check the card required on your manual.
There are many brand available in market now days ( such as : san disc, kingston, , etc) and all of them working good.
My suggestion is just test card before you pay , to ensure your card is working.
you need a class 4 sd card. i had a class 6 8gb card with this problem. took 200 pics on holiday, only the first 10 worked, the rest say cannot play image.. look at www.kingston.com to find compatible card.
Yes. You have the wrong SD or the door isn't closed on the sidekick. PNY does sell adapters but you're better off getting the right size. Walmart should be able to exchange it for you since it sounds like they told you to get the wrong one.
Well I found that these older card readers will not read the 4g sdhc format. In your case you found a 4 gig card that can be read (your sisters) Bring your's back to the store and get an exchange for the brand your sister has, let them know this. The knowledge for them is good. They most alway accomadate just to keep the customer happy.
The slide on the card actually allows a switch to activate on the inside of the player/recorder. If changing the position of the slide on the memory stick has no effect, look at the microswitch inside the machine next.
