I have two of these printers, both of which are less than a couple of months old....the problem I have is that on one it is showing one toner as 100% when I know if fact it is empty....despite changing the cartridge it fails to change this reading....the other one is the opposite....it shows empty...regardless of new cartridge......anyone come across that before?....both on the yellow toner strangely enough.
Thanks in advance

Hi this might work, have you tried to remove the toner and re-seat it?? If this doesnt work very carefully take the toner somewhere well ventelated preferablly outside and give it a good shake for about 15-20 seconds, this frees any clogged toner there may be.
Failing all of that you would want to try outting a new toner in and see what happens.
