I just got this and I set it up correctly and all of the drivers installed with ease. I started using it and noticed the pen was really twitchy. Ive replaced its battery, and re-installed the drivers for the tablet, but still it's very twitchy. I turned down the sensitivity to see if that helped any, but nothing.

I've had this happen to me before. Genius tablets are not the best for this sort of thing!
Here's what I did:
You can also try a different USB port, but I do suggest removing old drivers first.

I also solved the problem by installing the driver from the website. The trick was to uninstall the old driver first.

Listen up kiddos! I had this same problem and I was troubleshooting....apparently you have to make sure you uninstall the old drivers first and delete the directory entirely, before reinstalling the software.
So, UNPLUG THE TABLET! This is the part that screwed me up... then go to start > all programs > tablet > uninstall. Run the wizard, restart, go to my computer > local disk drive > program files and delete the Genius Tablet folder. Then, install the drivers again, reboot, THEN and ONLY THEN, should you plug your tablet back in.

If you haven't tried this yet:
First go to "Windows" on the task-bar of Photoshop.
Go down and select Brushes.
A window should pop up with several different setting for your brush. Check the Shape Dynamics if it isn't checked.
And then the pen pressure should work I believe. Hope I helped.
