Down load photo's from Mobile phone to computer

Depends on your model. Best thing to do is go to Motorola Owners Forum or Motorola Support Find Answers Motorola Mobility Inc to locate your device and then search pictures.

You should be able to browse into the phone and copy the images if the phone shows up in your computer.

You have to connect it via USB cable supplied with the phone. Set up the CD driver. Then use Motorola Mobile Tools to move photos to any folder you wish.

The V3x has microSD memory card. When you connect the phone to the computer it should appear a message saying giving you optios to open files and explore your mobile files. If the message doesnt appear:
menu, connections, Usb: connect to Memory card. It should work. If you havent got microSD card in your phone, you must install Motorola Mobile Phone Tools (comes with you mobile) Good luck ;)

For transfering photos from your mobile to your pc you require a physical medium i.e. bluetooth or cable or IR. if you have your cable for your mobile then you can use it or else you have to purchase a bluetoot for your pc so your mobile can communicate with your pc. Secondly you will require driver for your mobile which will allow you to browse through your mobile contents and copy and delete them. I can't provide you with cable or blue tooth but i can deffinetly give you the link from where u can download your driver. Remember don't connect your mobile until asked by the software to do so. If you scroll down to..
"Motorola mobile phone tools in title"

Do you have Mobile Phone Tool install on your PC?

Could you able to access any data of Motorola V220 to computer, if not, then It may be some driver conflict:

It may be the case where no software installed to use your mobile on PC, in that case you need Motorola's Mobile Phone Tools

Download it, extract the zip file and Install:
