Netgear mp101 server - for mac?

My MP101 worked pretty successfully off a pc but then I bought an imac. All my music is now on that but the MP101 server won't work on the mac. I guess there's a way to work it out wirelessly (I'm no expert) but it would be better if the server would load on the mac - any bright ideas? Thanks. Rod

It appears, its not supported for Macintosh. Try wirelss through bluetooth, or getting the Airport extreme with wireless audio.

Best way I know is to download music to your media player on your pc sync your mp3 player to the media player and transfer the music file. Remember to save file not just open it.

Sagem Internet Radio cannot find VTuner

Check with your Sagem manual if it supports WPA encryption. If not. then enable WEP on your wireless router and then check if you are able to achieve a connection between sagem and wireless network.

Downloading music

Of course you don't need the disk that ships with it.  Google or Dogpile or whatever for JVC software for your model and find a trustable site, like a site of JVC's; grab and install the software.  For example, the stuff behind http://www.jvc-victor.co.jp/english/download/dap/xa-mp51_mp101/firmware_licence.html

It's something of a surprise that the thing doesn't mount as a flash drive as it is, which should be sufficient for loading it up with MP3s.  Then again, it's no prize piece of electronics on the whole.

Can't power on

Hold play down a bit (with good batteries installed or charged.)  That's all.  5 seconds or so.
You might need to flash the firmware for best results using it, if it's not the latest version already.

Dell 3300 with OS X 10.4?

I've had a similar issue with a Netgear wireless print server. I had to configure it via Windows but was finally able to get it all working by using the Mac CUPS interface. http://shanecrawford.org/2007/27/cups-for-mac/

Connecting PC to Imac

Funny this, We are doing the same thing! same wireless connect, but I am on a PC you can switch all of your files, but you would have to upload them or ask your mac seller if they could transfer it for you.
