can you see a number on the battery?the best place to buy them is radio shack or. batteries plus.

There is a ribbon cable that tells the face what to do. You will have to take it in to get serviced as it is very hard to change. There are alot of pieces / parts inside.

I have a j700 with image problem the display show all messy like ribbon problem, but i already test with 3 ribbons and the problem not solved, change display and the problem is 100% board.

Any solution for this?

Its not too hard to change. I have done this once before. Open main unit. Remove cd mech to get to the other end of the ribbon. Remove this end first. Manually rotate the motor worm gear until screws on head unit are visible. Install ribbon in head unit then main unit. Make sure the ribbon contacts and ribbon are positioned/routed the same way. Rotate that motor (end to end) again to see if the ribbon hangs up anywhere.

I would first check for a broken or disconnected wire or cable. then check all of the fuses. After this the unit will need to come out of the car and be bench checked. Good Luck
