At this time, no. Only your cable/DSL provider would be able to do it. Unless your into some hardcore scripting.

The article I read suggested 192.168.100.1

And no need to get your breathing rates high in case you have changed the username/ password of Motorola SBG900 and forgot them, as you can just reset the Motorola SBG900 router by press-and-hold the reset button with a straightened paperclip for about 15 seconds.

Try hard resetting it ; and reconfigure it from scratch.. it could just be a problem with its firmware not responding properly

Yes you can , just configure the wireless settings of you SBG900 to the print server and once its done you should be able to make everything working again....

You can't use the Motorola SBG900 for that. The only way it might work is if the Motorola SBG900 had a 4-port Ethernet switch built into it.

I had a friend that had this same problem.

As long as you know the password to the administrator account log into that and give your account administrator rights and you should be able to access the internet afterwards. I'm not sure exactly how this is done if it works like XP did then you will need to boot in safe mode by usually hitting f8 during the initial booting up of your computer.
