How do i make tv picture fit whole screen??

In order for you to change the screen size on your Westington TV you have to press on Format on your remote (it is the button between the volume and the channel, right under the input button). As you press on it, it will change the display. From

• Standard: Picture is displayed in its original size.
• Fill: Picture is displayed to cover the entire screen.
• Overscan: Picture is scaled down to fit the display area.
• 1:1 Mode: Matches the incoming resolution exactly to the pixels without any scaling.

And now everything should be good!

This is the same problem I have (the picture being cut off on the edges). On your computer, you need to change to a native display.

For instance, 1920x1080 usually cuts an inch off of all sides, but it's meant more for videos where a little cropping isn't a big deal; not general screen use.

I believe the reason this happens is because with those other resolutions, 1920x1080 for instance, they are not your laptop's "native resolution", so in order to avoid scaling and stretching the image (which would degrade quality) they show its exact size, point by point, which is bigger than the number of pixels on your TV display.

Some TVs, like mine, have a TV option called "100% scale" that forces the picture to exactly fit to the screen. But this causes stretching and distortion if the aspect ratio of your resolution and the TV's whole screen are different.

Try something like 1366x768 or 1360x768 (some have both, some have only one of those). You should be able to find one or two resolutions like this that show the entire screen with full sharp clarity. It may even look better than 1920x1080 depending on your computer; find the best one that shows sharpness.

The smaller picture is PNP called picture and picture.It can be set in to the menu setting.Go to menu setting and search the PNP code.Try to off or diable the PNP menu setting to back the normal single picture.

This function u can't do it without the tv original remote.Try website like Remotes.com to buy the tv original remote.Than used one of those buttons on the tv remote like View Modes,Picture Sizes,Aspect Ratio,Zooming to do the adjustment for tv screen pictures sizes.

You should be able to change the aspect ratio to fit the size of your screen. This will be the 16:9 4:3 16:10 settings.

You can access these by going to MENU---> PICTURE -----> Select ratio that works----> exit out and watch TV.

IF this will not fix it you need to look into the signals being fed to the TV as sometimes they can have a funny effect on the output picture. Some cable boxes will alter the picture and then it won't come out right on the TV. If it is all inputs doing this tho then changing just the Aspect ratio on the TV should solve the problem.

Adjust the Aspect ratio. The manual will tell you how.

The aspect ratio (zoom) button on the cable remote had been changed. On Brighthouse the # button toggles through the zoom settings. It's not a tv issue, it's a cable fix.
