The power went off at my house and since it came back on the Power and Mode lights just keep blinking green. The Control Panel indicates that the printer is Offline. I have unpluged and repluged it in, restarted the computer, still get blinking green lights. Pressing the power button does nothing.

Re: Offline and blinking lights
A couple suggestions. Unplug the usb cable from the pc to the printer, make sure there is no paper jammed in the machine, unplug the machine from the wall and see if you can move the print head left to right freely. If nothing is obstructing it plig the power cord in with out the usb cord plugged in. See if the machine goes to ready. If all of these fail, that means the main board has been damaged by a power surge, and it would be cheaper to replace the machine than repair it. Good luck!

Make sure that cable to printer is attached and if printer still shows offline then in control panel for the printers make sure that you right click and choose Use Printer Online
What the flashing light means The Power light can flash for several reasons: ? The printer cover is open. ? The printer is out of paper. ? A problem exists with the printer, such as a paper jam or a problem with a print cartridge. For information
Did you have surge protection on this printer? If not, when the power went back on, the surge of current may have damaged it. Surge protection is very important on all devices with electronics in them! If it wasn't a very expensive printer to begin with, it won't be worth fixing whatever the cause. You can take it too a computer store and have it looked at, but they will charge for that, of course.
The green light blinking in the back indicates that the power supply went bad and is not turning on, go ahead and get the power supply replaced. Normally that light is supposed to be fully lit and green.
If it used to work, then try unplugging and
reconnecting the AC power cable for USB scanners. No guarantees at all,
but it may work. Unplugging and reconnecting the Firewire cable in XP
also sometimes works. Give it a few seconds to be detected.
I've got a 65535. When this happens, you can sometimes press the On-Off button for 10-15 secs until the light goes off. If that doesn't work, then unplug the tv for 30 seconds or so, then plug back in. These sets are known to have power supply issues, and the blinking light may be a coincidence to the power supply failure. It's fairly easy to repair if you know how to solder.
This sounds like when the power came back on a surge went into your tv and burnt out the TVs main power supply or possibly burn out the flyback power converter on the TV main board!
(I am pretty sure it is either one of these things!)
