The power went off at my house and since it came back on the Power and Mode lights just keep blinking green. The Control Panel indicates that the printer is Offline. I have unpluged and repluged it in, restarted the computer, still get blinking green lights. Pressing the power button does nothing.
A couple suggestions. Unplug the usb cable from the pc to the printer, make sure there is no paper jammed in the machine, unplug the machine from the wall and see if you can move the print head left to right freely. If nothing is obstructing it plig the power cord in with out the usb cord plugged in. See if the machine goes to ready. If all of these fail, that means the main board has been damaged by a power surge, and it would be cheaper to replace the machine than repair it. Good luck!

Additional comment: When you lift the scanner bed as if to change the ink cartridge the cartridge does not move on the track.
print head moves to the right freely. Pluged it back in ans still have blinking light. Printer head stayed where I move it to.
