I actually have two major problems with my unit. First is the radio keeps playing in the background when I am playing a CD or DVD audio thru the unit. Nobody has ever heard of this happening.
Second, my touchscreen stopped working all of a sudden. It will beep when I touch it, but nothing else happens. The only icon that does work is if I hit the source icon in the upper left and corner, but than I can't change the source on that screen anyways. My unit is less than a month old and I will be takig it back this weekend, but Iam wondering if anyone else has had this kind of issue or no the fix. Thanks.

You can try the procedure for the VM9311TS model (the one I have) - I
don't know if it'll work but it's worth trying. Put in a DVD, and let
it start playing. Then hit STOP on the remote twice, and enter the code
1264. If you were able to see the actual movie
at this point, you'd see a menu pop up. Push down twice, then ENTER. At
this point the blue screen should clear and you should see the movie
itself. You'll have other options on that menu, like a macrovision
option to allow you to see burned DVDs. Set what you like, then on the remote, hit SYS SETUP twice to lock in your choices.
This unit does not have iPod video capabilities only audio, If you want to view video from your iPod you can get a universal cable that would charge it and also give you a audio and video output, this cable needs to be powered and grounded and hooked up to one of the radio audio video inputs. This link will take you to it.
I have the Jensen head unit. I found out a while ago that the 6th Gen Ipod Classic does not send video through the multi-pin connection. Only out of the headphone/A/V out. This is the reason it does not work via the JLink cable into the Jensen VM9312
At audiovox.com has some upgrade files for the jensen vm9312 that is supposed to fix this problem. First you have to find the vm9312 and then click on software updates. Audiovox makes Jensen products i believe.
