We tried to replace the buld under the unit, and it broke off in the socket. we got it out, and now the unit will do nothing at all. no lights, no nothing. the fuse is fine and our main breaker is fine. we have seen that you suggest repairing the board and when we search for you on yahoo...we find nothing. please let us know where to go and what to do...the search on yahoo does nothing for us.
It sounds as if an internal fuse has failed. You will need a qualified repairman for this, as ther are no user serviceable parts inside, but there are INSTANTLY LETHAL voltages present, even when the unit is off & unplugged.
