Re:
Can you be more specific about the funny noise. When does it occur, during agitation or during spin? something might me stuck in the drain area of the tub and as the tub rotates it rubs against it.

i think your issue is either the door lock itself or the control panel. i would start by unplugging the unit(or tripping the circuit breaker), then hold in the power button for about 10 secs--this resets many LG washer's electronics. then plug back in an see if that helps. i do not think your issue is the child lock feature, but rather the safety door lock feature. good luck.
On later model front loaders they have a Stop & Add button so when engaged you can add more to the wash load. Unfortunately earlier washers don't have it so once the cycle starts that's basically it. That's the reason some people prefer top end loaders as it not a issue
SUD lock can often occur on a front loader that is being used with regular soap, front loaders require HE soap, if the incorrect soap is used a suds lock will stop the pump basicly pumping air
f35 code indicates a pressure switch problem. Try unplugging unit for 2 minutes.Plug back in and test.If F35 reappears, check hose from tub to pressure switch
you have a door latch problem. the reason you can still push on the button is because this particular washer has a time delay function. i would recommend taking a look at the latch itself and possibly the wax motor that runs the latch.
you got a door lock (dl ) issue, can be caused by a bad door lock, but can also be triggered by a baad CCU (located under main top assy.. might have also have a wiring problem leading to the lock assy "popped "off by chance
