Question about Motorola Mobility V262
This is an ear piece issue. very common on V262 phones.
Drop it more then once, and the problems starts.until the ear piece goes dead. Take your phone to a local repair store.but don't pay more the $15, since it is an 3 minutes job and the ear piece only cost $5.Any questions please ask.

You need to check the setting if the phone is not put to a sort of mute setting while pressing the buttons.

I can not hear people or the phone ringing but people can hear me. Cricket is of no help and says the phone was dropped too many times for them to honar the warranty. They suck bad.
The mute button does not appear to be activated. I can't hear other or the phone trying to call someone but the phone does make a call and others can hear me. ideas?
