The turntable either just barely turns or doesn't rotate at all. Any ideas from anyone ? Thanks.
Either the turntable motor is weak or the coupler has cracked or worn out.

FYI, the high voltage is only 3-4000VDC but still quite lethal.
Otherwise, the previous solution is accurate.

The turntable has a small motor underneath it that rotates the glass tray. You could have a motor that is going bad, or the plastic spindle (what the glass plate sits on) could be slipping. You can access the motor through the bottom panel. Be careful to make sure the microwave is unplugged for attempting any repairs inside. There is potentially as much as 14,000 volts in the high voltage network around the magnetron. Let me know if this helps.

Thanks for the help so far. I really appreciate it.
So I tried something else...if I remove the glass plate, put a cup of water in the microwave and turn it on, then the plastic spindle moves, no problem. When I put the glass plate back on, it rotated, no problem. When I put something on the glass plate, like a coffee cup with water, it barely turns and then stops.
how to replace motor
TURNTABLE WON'T ROTATE
