You may try this: 1. Pick up the handset and listen for a dial tone. 2. Press and release the STORE button. 3. Enter the phone number(up to 16 digits)you want to store into memory(The telephone number will not dial out) 4. Press and release the STORE button. 5. Press a one-digit number(0 - 9)on the keypad to store the phone number into the desired memory location. 6. Hang up the phone by returning the handset to the handset cradle on the base. 7. To store more phone numbers in memory, repeat steps 1 - 6 Good Luck !!

EUREKA!! It worked!! BTW to use the speed dial after you've programmed the # just push & release the "memo" button then press & release the speed dial # (1-9) that has the phone # you wont to call stored in it!. you should then hear the phone dialing the number.

Hello
www.manualowl.com/p/Panasonic/KX-TS208W/Manual/14627
Get into this site. You can download the user manual for your KX-TS208W phone. The manual contains all details about its programming. if you feel any difficulty in downloading the same, send your Email address to me by Fixya. I've the manual to your phone, and I'll send a copy of it to you by return mail. I can't send the same to you by this window, as it does not allow me to upload PDF files by it. OK.

Toshiba RPCI DI Station Ringer

which system?
The most popular is the DK system but it came in several revisions.
The primary differences are the way the ports are numbered and several program numbers.
Programming is done from port 005(ext 205).
The sequence of events is:
enter programming mode by pressing "speaker *#*#1*2*3"
enter ringing program
Day ring is "spkr 81 hold"
enter port number of the port you want to ring (example : 007#)
press buttons corresponding to the lines you want to ring then press hold.
To exit programming press"spkr ## hold then spkr ## hold.

I need to find a user manual.

This phone requires a phone system. The system itself stores the information. You need a programming and installation manual for your phone system, not the phone. You will need to determine the model number of your main phone system and look for the manual using that information. Phones only have user guides that explain how to use the features and do not get into programming the system.

Also, if you lost your programing in a power outage, most likely the memory battery is dead and this will keep happening in the future. Before making any programming changes, that battery needs to be replaced or you could possibly get away with a UPS battery backup system to power the entire phone system in a power outage.
