Freezing I have had my mp3 player for I'd say less than a year and yesterday I turned it on and when I try to go to 'Music' and then 'Albums' or 'Artists' it will freeze on me and the only way to fix it is to reset the whole thing.
It allows me to go to the other options on that screen such as 'Playlists' and 'Recently Played' fine and doesn't freeze but won't let me open and play any music.
Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, how did they fix it? Is there still hope for it to work again?
Thanks in advance! :)

You don't have a codec for that particular format. Try changing the music file to a different format, like MP3.
A program like "Any Audio Convertor" should do that for you in Windows. There are many free windows apps that convert formats of music files. Or do a search for an Audio convertor on the Google play store, there are plenty of free apps. Typically music apps won't display music files they cann't play, it just saves clutter on their play list.
hello Mr.
You Can Download Free MP3 From Youtube By This Site : video2mp3.net If you didn't found Your Favorite Music In Youtube Try These Sites : Beemp3.com or 4shared.com
In Windows Explorer, did you use FULL FORMAT as QUICK format is not suitable if you had a disk error? You should also use FAT32 as the format as NTFS may not be supported by your player.
I would try dragging and dropping files into the player by opening it in my computer instead of syncing the files. I had this problem, but on a different player and it fixed mine.
When you open Windows Media Player, as long as the computer recognizes your Mp3 player, you should see an icon of the Mp3 player on the lower left hand side of the "Library" tab - click once on the plus sign next to this icon to expand a list of folders - "Songs" and "Albums" should be among the options.
try downloading the MP3 player recovery tool from Creative's website (the tool contains the latest firmware update available -- 1.15.03). Plug your ZV+ into your PC, run the program and let it update the firmware. Then format, reload your music and try it.
