Question about RCA Lyra RD2315 MP3 Player
My mp3 player is 6 months old and suddenly doesn't turn on anymore...I tried to reset, I tried with the ubs cable for many hours, I tried to open it and look inside, but nothing, I lost the receipt and RCA doesn't have a support site for canadians, so I can't contact them..what can I do...any suggestions?

And for the manual: http://www.rcaaudiovideo.com/en-US/DownloadsLanding.html look at the bottom. Digital Audio Players then expand to MP3. A full list of models. Hoewver the RD2212 is not listed. Had same issue with mine, right out of the box! I called support, they sent me to some 3rd party support company... That place told me to return to vendor. Thompson Support. They basically just tried going to the RCA website, found nothing there, and finished up with return to store...

Wal-Mart carries these to the best of my knowledge and they definitely have them on their website.
Here's what I did when I lost mine:
1. Buy a new one and keep the receipt
2. Take out the cord
3. Bring it back to Wal-Mart and say you opened it and it didn't have a cord (you have to bring it back in like a week or so).
If you don't want to do that, i think you can call RCA and get a replacement
