The salesman where we bought the washer described this washer as a top loading machine with the front loading technology. The cloths that come out of this whirlpool washing machine seem to have been wrung out by hand and are so tightly wrung that the cloths can not be worn without ironing them first. Is this normal for this type of machine. The old washer with the center agitator never had this problem.
This is normal. You can try a lower spin setting or smaller loads. The wrinkles will come out in your dryer.
This machine spins at an extreamly high speed.if the load is to small the clothes will tangle together and wrinkle. it is normal for the clothes to be spun realy tight and come out of the washer nearly dry this is designed to cut down on drying time and save energy.

I'll try these silutions but they are conflicting. One says the load is too may be small the other says tto reduce the load. The dryer does not remove the wrinkles. I'll experiment with load size to see if it makes a difference.
