My partener has dropped her new mobile and the screen is cracked preventing any visibility what so ever on the display, causing difficulties on all levels and preventing the use of all functions when using the phone. It accepts calls and if dialing a number it will connect thus so far, but you can't see what buttons you are pressing.. could you please advise me where I can get it repaired, how, and how much I am to expect to pay for this repair, or whether because I have just upgraded my plan and recieved these two phones (account is in my name) I am able to be covered under a warrantee of any kind. thankyou for your help, extremely worried Taryn
You would just have to replace your screen, this not very expensive and will do the job. The warranty will probely not cover this because it is not the fault of the proper functioning of the devise. You can either get it fixed by your service provider with you paying for this or you can go to your local repair service the price for both should range in similar cost .Be care full because if you fix it not by the service provider you might loose the warranty. This depends on the contract policy.
