Need a new timer....that is the thing u turn to select wash cycle. dont even take this out to try to fix it...for it is packed full tight and many gears...one is bad at least. now u can get to timer with screwdrivers maybe a 5/16 socket too ...if a plug of wires goes to it...dissconect the timer plug..pull the timer write down any numbers you see and go online with make and model to find a new timer. or call a appliance repairman. the timer might be cheap. also many appliance stores have timers.
