Question about Logitech FreePulse Wireless Consumer Headphones

I need to get part for my Logitech FreePulse headphones!

Hello! I really don't know what to do. I lost one part of my brand new Logitech FreePulse headphones. It's the thing that goes on my ear to hold the headphones(left one). I don't know where I can get it from, I'd be more that happy if you can tell me what to do. Best Regards Roman

Logitech Freepulse headphones won't turn on

There is a reset button on both the headphone and the transmitter. Try to reset them both before attempting to pair them again. Since the led won't turn on there is a possibility that the battery is not charging. Is the orange light working when the headphones are charging? It should be and then it should turn off when the battery is full.
