i'm trying to do the same with my girlfriend. while trying to use Windows Live Messenger it says it cannot connect to my webcam and that another program may be using it. Any suggestions?

Hey you know what !...its not problems with your cam or OS but its problem with MSN. Please use updated or NEW VERSION of MSN and then you will be able to use all features of your webcam while chatting on MSN or Yahoo!
Press your home blue button, go onto settings in the right handside bottom corner. Then select live update. As its the first update it might take up to two days to load. After that you will be able to use messenger :)

Use that site to download your drivers Use www.hwinfo.com, download software to find the maker of your webcam. Download as many drivers that match. If a driver does not fit your system your computer will recognize it and reject it.
