If all fans are running and no cold at all check to see if compressor is running(under rear panel). If you hear it try and start then a click then the start relay pack may be bad,

I had the same problem, It turned out to be a bad circuit board ($350). Also check to make sure you don't have frost/ice build up in the rear of the freezer. The fridge draws cool air from the freezer through a vent in the freezer.

check damper control

Had the same problem on my GE bottom freezer fridge. It finnaly died a few days ago. The clicking came from a relay on the main circuit board under a access cover on the back of the fridge. Ordered a new circuit card from GE ($157.50 + ship/handeling), replaced it, and the fridge works great. I have an electronics background but if you take your time and are safe, I think anybody would be able to change it.

Defrost heater is open behind back wall. order new heater #wr55x10101 remove 4 screws 2 bottom, 2 top behind light shield, defrost freezer so ice is off of evap, replace heater with new one.

Have u check the moisture control in the frezzer? If so make sure that all the vents are clear of all food and/or food containers and such... Turn ur fridge temp control to max.. Wait 5 hours WITHOUT opening fridge or freezer. Good luck! Let me know how everything tur out

check the freon...it may be out

if freezer section is still cold yuo have either abad evaporator fan or a defrost issue, is the back of the freezer compartment frosty? if so look for defrost problem, (open defrost thermostat, open heater, or bad defrost timer.
