Well my problem with this tv is that one day it would not power up at all, except for the red blinking ON TIMER light. ive tried unpluging it but no effect what so ever. and since in no longer under warranty i opened the back to see if anything was blown, nothing, everything looks normal, no bulging capacitors nothing, so what seems to be the problem?

In the field of troubleshooting it would in eeprom trouble., replace the EEPROM/Memory to restore in factory mode.. otherwise pogram the EEPROM under the service mode and restore to factory set-up..
Refer to the trouble-shooting section of your manual. Usually, with this technology, the lights (Lamp/Temp) on these sets are also used at diagnosis/fault indicators... so, your manual should tell you what a flashing TIMER light represents. If the manual, doesn't provide this information, then ring JVC and ask one of their technicians.

well i already called jvc thats why im here. they want me to go to a repair center and have them fix it, and usually it would be cheaper to but a new one, thats why.
i have a jvc tv model #av 32d502 when connect to the outlet it comes for a few seconds and shut off my itself the on timer is blinking
