M863 Easyshare Digital Camera- pictures upload grainy

I don't remember having this problem the first couple times I uploaded pictures from my camera. However, now everytime I upload pictures they are all gritty looking and dull. I've always tried to use the appropriate light option/setting for the time and and place. I'm so bummed out that any picture I take is worthless and ruined because of how it always turns out. Can you please help me?

Thank you

Try taking a picture with the auto selection. It automatically adjust light exposure and focus. There should be a little hand on the in the middle of the screen. Green means it's good, red is bad.
Take a couple pictures with this option and see how they turn out and let me know.

Search Google for a driver for the specific camera. Or download a copy of Kodak Easyshare. If you already have Easyshare software installed, try re-installing or updating.

Download videos to my computer

uploading pictures from camera is simple. i suggest you two options. if you have a data cable , connect it with the camera and directly to the computer via the usb port in switched on condition. your camera will be recognized immediately.double click on the camera icon and enter the folders.. from there you can copy the pictures or videos into separate folder in your computer. the second option is if you dont have the data cable then get a memory card reader and insert your memory card in the reader and connect them to the computer and rest of the process is the same. thanks for using fixya! please dont forget to rate my solution.

I can't upload Pictures

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.
