Camaro Most likely the problem is bad gas valve coils located on the top of the gas valve . Unscrew the two screws holding the coil bracket and replace the coils. The part number for the Whirlpool gas valve coils is 279834. Good luck Gendos, post back

Kenmore gas dryer will heat but not enough to dry anything?

First and foremost check your vent! Make sure it is nice and clean and clear especially if the clothes are coming out warm and damp at the end of the cycle.
If the clothes are cold at the end of the cycle or you find the dryer stops heating about 15 or 20 min after you start it then you will want to replace your gas valve coils.
If you need more help in replacing the coils feel free to ask!

Turns off after a few minutes

sounds like your motor is overheating or going bad. sometimes lint built up around the motor can cause it to overheat. or the motor is dying.

My kenmore gas dryer turns on and lights runs about five mins. hot and then starts blowing cold air and ignitor keeps glowing on and off but wont light flame

see if the thermal bulb is located in the path of the flame, and if it is you will have to change the gas thermal sensing bulb.

Gas never ignites in any cycle in a 10yr old Kenmore dryer.

Chances are your igniter has gone bad. It must pull atleast 3.2 amps to open the gas valve and ignite the gas. A new igniter could probably purchased for 20 or 30 dollars.

Kenmore 90 Series Gas Dryer that drys for 10 mins & shuts off...

Check the vent pipe going to the outside of the house, including the vent louver, to make sure the pipe is not partially or fully clogged with lint.

Your symptoms are a classic description of reduced or no airflow from the dryer.
