SOURCE: How to use speakers

If your monitor has built in speakers then there should be a small jack in the back, usually green in color. You would need to run an audio cable from the monitor to the proper jack on the back of your computer, usually the green color like on the monitor. Once connected you should be able to use the volume button on the monitor to adjust to your preference. But remember external speakers are usually a higher quality than those built in to the monitor. Hope this helps.

Lcd monitor working fine but the adjustment screen apears on my monitor in a small square enveloppe how can i restore system thanks in advanceDewulf Jan

I assume by "adjustment screen" you mean the OSD (On Screen Display). This is the box where the menus for adjusting the screen appear. If I'm correct, that means you have pushed the "menu" button on your LCD and need to push it again to turn the OSD off. If pushing it again does not solve the problem I would say it's time to have the LCD repaired. In many, but not all, that OSD goes off on it's own after a bit.

Urgent problem with my relisys monitor, please help!

sounds like an overheating problem. you can try blowing out the back of the monitor, or putting a fan close to it. If it is really dirty it will shut itself off so as to not get damaged. is it crt, or lcd?

How long have you had this monitor? Is it a flat panel or CRT? Who is the manufacturer? what type of PC are you using? What type of OS are you running? I can try to answer your question if you answer these?
