If your monitor has built in speakers then there should be a small jack in the back, usually green in color. You would need to run an audio cable from the monitor to the proper jack on the back of your computer, usually the green color like on the monitor. Once connected you should be able to use the volume button on the monitor to adjust to your preference. But remember external speakers are usually a higher quality than those built in to the monitor.
