The only place to get it is from IBM, as it was designed specifically for them to go in their ThinkCentre A50 line of computers.
The link for the User's Guide, which is what I presume you need, is:
http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?sitestyle=lenovo&lndocid=MIGR-55533
If, instead, you want the Hardware Maintenance Manual, it can be found at:
http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?sitestyle=lenovo&lndocid=MIGR-55532
Finally, if all you desire is the Quick Reference, go to this link:
http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?sitestyle=lenovo&lndocid=MIGR-55534
Now, just to be complete, though I doubt this would do anything to help you, here is the Setup Poster:

Connect the front panel leads to the motherboard connector marked "JFP1" using the following pins as indicated by the markings on the motherboard and the front panel leads: HDD LED on Pins 1 and 3; power LED on Pins 2 and 4; reset switch on Pins 5 and 7; and the power switch on Pins 6 and 8.
Good luck.
