Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3

V3x trouble i bought a brand new v3x mobile , but when i tried using it only the on/off key works ....no other key works , i can only receive calls but can niether make calls or send/retrieve sms etc... i tried using default passwords ...taking out the battery .. but it does not work .. the mobile does not prompt me for any password .... can u help please

My guess here is that u probably got a bad deal.This problem usually stems from a faulty flex cable or a bad screen connection.You need to return this phone from where ever it came. If the phone is new u shouldn't have this problem.Thanks !

Motorolla cant make a call
It seems that you could potentially not subscribed to your Mobile Carrier, i would suggest calling your mobile carriers Customer support for your country and explaining the situation, your SIM card may just need subscribing/updating with your information for it to work !

Call Divert wont go off!
Hi guys

That call divert comes automatically, did my nuts in today. Anyway just key this code

#002# , then press the green key, then bingo call divert off.

Brand new Motorola PEBL dropping calls
you should try a master reset and clear....then connect back the wireless if the same problem occurs then try upgrading the firmware or have it reflash...that can be done by taking the phone to a mobile service center or mobile professional technician.

Motorola v3x
Hi There, If this phone is brand new it is faulty and should be returned to seller. This problem usualyy occurs when u have a faulty flex cable either on the screen or the entire keypad assembly. One of these would need to be replaced by a repair tech for v3 phones.Hope this helps. Sam !

Motorola Razr v3 stuck in mute mode. Finally find mute switch during a call, turn it off , says mute off with green arrow and then it reverts back to mute! No idea how phone got stuck on mute! Impossible to get mute to go off. Made a call & got the mute setting to finally come up & I turned it off - it says mute off, green arrow shows. Then it reverts to mute again!
