I dont know whats happen but it always say when i turn it on (load main image faild switch to recovery mode ) and i connect it to my laptop and it cant feel it

Greeting sur - That message means that the firmware (software on a chip) on the device is corrupted and has to be reinstalled. It sounds ominous but is fairly easy to fix.

It's slightly complicated so Sansa has provided a step by step video to walk you through the process.

Mp3 only says "initializing" after being charged.

I had the same problem and I figured that I couldn't do worse than uninstalling the program from my PC. When I plugged the mp3 back in I went throught the installation process and it uploaded all the stuff i had in it including the music that I had put in it. The problem started with the "update" that I was notified of through the net. My PC automatically alerts me to updates and that's when it happened. Also, when it was initializing I pushed the Play button and it started working again. I have never had a problem with mine untill I went to update but then again I probably don't use it as much as you guys do.
By the way if anyone is interested, mine records pretty good. I had to fool around with it until I figured out how to do it.

all you need to do is if you are using windows xp put yuor windows xp's cd to your cd room and then install windows portable devices from you cd and plug in your mp3 player to your pc once you install windows portable devices in your computure so pug your mp3 player and enjoy you mp3 player and

I can't find that

Have you looked under my computer it should say either mp3 or removable disk this is your mp3 file if your comp dont recognise it then i can talk you throught the installing process just let me know ok
