TV shuts itself off. TV will be on for an undertermined time and Red LED power light on front will flash then TV turns off. TV will turn back on either by remote or power button on set and the majority of the time will continue to shut itself off immediately after being turned on. If TV is left off for a long time TV will stay on for about an hour then start shutting itself off again.

The TV has been a good workhorse and in all other respects a worthwhile purchase.

Please check if you can access the "error code operational check" to narrow down where the fault came from. How to enter to error code operational check. Note : The TV must be in shutdown and not have been switched off. When the TV is switched off, the error code automatically resets to 12 (no error). Press the buttons on the front panel "Input/Device" and "Menu" at the same time and hold it for 5 sec, activate the error code mode. The LED light will flashes denoting a two digit error code.
