This is a relatively old model of mp3 player (albeit a very good one) so you may find it difficult to get your product replaced. The up-side, however, is that you would be upgraded to a much newer model if they were convinced the player broke due to a manufacturing or technical fault rather than through accidental damage.
The number listed in the e200 user manual is 1-866-SanDisk (1-866-726-3475)
Since the crack is on the inside of the screen and not on the outside, it is most likely a product fault which would get you a shiny new mp3 player.
In terms of repairs, it is unlikely that they would cost less than replacing the device entirely since that specific LCD panel may be end-of-the-line or particularly hard to come by.
Best of Luck
Got the number from your website and called direct to VillaWare...waiting to see if it arrives safe and sound, thanks so much!
PS...There are only a few left of this now discontinued model, so I'm glad I called (and I ordered 2 more instead)
