----c fault on display

I am not trying to stop you from trying to repair your Oven; however, the cost to replace circuit boards including your time and effort exceed the cost of a new Microwave.
Lowes has some as low as $150.00 and dent or blemish for far less.

Neff b6774N0gb/02. Inner glass shattered. replaced. Internal fuse blown. replaced. Now microwave working (heating water) for approx 5 sec, then switching off, beeping and showing E1 fault. Also display...

Usually if this model stops after approx 3 secs it is an invertor or mag fault. Check that the aerial cover is clean Page 3 of the breakdown part position 315. If this is really grubby it would be the cause of the door shattering. The PTC is not used on the microwave function so may be an additional fault. Check also the alignment of the door switches as this can also cause a similar fault. My best guess is if you remove the mag, you'll probably find scorching on it and it (and the invertor) will need replacing.

Hello, I have an AEG microwave, 6 years old. When I turn the button to chose the cookingtime and the WATT , the display shows what I choosed so thats OK. When i then press the start button the microwave...

This can be due to wrong choice or fault in the power supply ,main board or the magnetron.
You should try with a preset selection and if the microwave works then the fault relates to correcting the power to time settings.
Check out with microwave cooking tips.

I have a sharp 1900 w/r 24 at microwave, display shows a single green dot, when switched on at the wall I just hear a normal sound as if the unit is operating but nothing works

In this case as the display does not show a clock then it seems the program controller is not working correctly. So check power - step down supply, if the pads are responding- if not faulty pads. Also the door switches, if the switch contact are not good then it will not trigger the processor to switch on the waveguides. If the lights or fan work without any display or action of program being triggered to start then it can be a possible fault on the main board or the processor. Sometimes insect secretion can short the board and display panel and so the processor can work in such an erratic manner. If so clean, solder and reset the board.

Now identify the parts by clicking this link: http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/microwave/a/5/141/identifying-microwave-parts.html

Now unless the display works and the processor starts to switch on the MAGNETRON , the table and light will also switch on as it must heat.

So it is necessary to check the main controller unit as it seems to be the suspect..

Machine goes thru all the wash cycle but gets to last min and keeps spinning then comes up with f11

Not knowing what sort of machine you have, one of these should help.

F11 - No hot fill. The ambient temperature is likely to be below freezing possibly due to the pipes being frozen. Also check that the taps are on or if the drain hoses are kinked.

F11 - Pump cannot be activated - Book a washing machine repair.

F11 - Heater timed out. The heater has not reached the required level. Book a dishwasher repair.

F11 - No pump connection - Book a tumble dryer repair.

I have sharp microwave oven model R-231F. On digital display (which is suppose to show time) only 88888 is displayed. suspect fault with the PCB behind display or keypad. Please advise how I can obtain...

First I would suggest a "hard reset". Simply unplug the oven for a minute or two, then try again.

If it still fails, it may be that the keypad has failed, or there is a bad connection due to moisture, grease, etc.

This is an Australian model, so it's hard for me to give more specific information.

But one some US models the LCD and keypad connect to the circuit board via a rubber "zebra strip" and losing that connection can result in a loss of display segments and / or key response.

I've attached a diagram showing where one can clean to restore operation in this case.

Solution: Install foam sealer (cushion rubber) along lower edge of control panel escutcheon. Part # A8251-3180

Kenmore microwave

If this has a controller that runs a microwave and an oven, then the problem F2 means a temperature related fault such as a bad temp sensor / thermostat or a defect in the control board. If it's just a microwave, then the problem is likely a failing keypad. In many cases, those can be replaced economically. If you repost with your exact model number (62622 is not a complete model number) then we can advise you further and more specifically.
