Do you mean the security lock or network lock?If it is a security lock try default codes like 0000,1234 or contact your service provider.If it is a network lock then you can approach Unlock-zone.com and specify the country,locked network of Samsung GT S5610K(S5610). Based on the availability you can get the unlock code along with free instructions.

Tel your son to call this current service provider and ask for Network unlock code. They wil provide you the code.They will have a security check with data which they in their database.If he gives correct information,they will provide the NUC code.

If mobile ask for restriction code you have to get it from previous network provider.They will have a security check with data which they in their database.If he gives correct information,they will provide the restriction code.

Both codes you will get free of cost.

or If you enter wrong password for more then 5 times,it ll ask you to enter the puk number....now call your customer care and
get the puk number...enter the puk number in the space given for password....thats it...problem is fixed
If you had locked your mobile then update the formware all saved passwords will be deleted

If you or your son did not establish a password/lockcode, then try using 0000. This is often the default code set up in phones.

have you tried 1234? or 12345? You might be able to unlock it if you go to a cellphone shop. they might be able to help u unlock it.
