Getting start my i-mate jam pocket pc does not go across form where we have to align screen.it just moves around ....i m worried....................................

You are required to callibrate your screen before getting to use it.

you should reset your phone.reset code is 1234.after that "align screen" shows

go to start, setup, system, screen, and then click align screen. and then it will give u some small circles to tap on it. u tap correctly on the circles. after few clicks it will automatically tell u that ur screen has been aligned. ur problem is solve by a cute pakistani. pakistan live long. love u.

See your manual and perform a master reset, you will loose all the information you did not back up.

me also, i-mate jama mobile, align message appearing and stuck on the scereen only.., wat will be the solution for this?//

For this model taking out the battery for 30 seconds will do a soft-reset (reboot). It sounds like your device has simply hung (like how PC's freeze sometimes).
