There are 6 hooks, which can be released by pressing on the appropriate points using e.g. a screw-driver.
I used the scetch at Philishave C241 - jak rozebra?? - elektroda.pl to roughly find the points, where to press.
First, I opened the upper 4 hooks (see picture 1). The other 2 hooks (picture 2) can then be opened by inserting a screwdriver from the top (orientation as shown in picture 2) and applying forces laterally (I did not find another solution for that).
As I do not have much experience in writing repair-solutions, the appended photos may explain more than my words ;)

HI. firstly have you checked that all dirty water outlet pipe is clean and not blocked. or the cycle circuit could be broken.
