Question about Philips PSA612 (4 GB) MP3 Player
I have a Psa 612/17 mp3 player and after the last time i sync'd it, i have been unable to sync new songs or repair it using the phillips thing. i give error message for syncs and tells me to reconnect and close all programs using it evne if nothing else is running. It is a very annoying problem that i can't find a way around even manually deleted all the songs on it, thinking one may be corrupted. If anyone has any advice very much apperciated.
Uninstall and reinstall the version of the software from the Philips website
