I would really like to have an Iphone, but don't want to put out that much $$$$. So, I have been looking at the CECT i9. It seems to be the newest version.
Do these phones last?
It is very hard to find info on how it works. From what I have found, I am guessing it works like an external hard drive (drag and drop).
Is this right?
Next, where do you find applications to load on the CECT iClones?
Then, am I going to be able to do anything with a CECT phone from my Mac?
Most iclones will only work with windoze so if like me you have a mac your probably best save up and buy the real thing!!!
I9 has many different manufacturers. Some are good and others are not. i9's from www.i-buy-iphone.com are of competitive price and good quality
When connected to PC (windows XP or above), i9 is auto recognized as hard drive and you can drag and drop files there just as a hard drive.
You can find lots of java applications for i9 (do google on it). Not all java apps work on i9. It is a test and trial thing.
No sure about Mac.
