Blurred picture i have been using this camera powershot A75 since last 2 yrs.since last 6 months it has not being used . today when i opened the camera the picture was not clear and blurred. it was hazy.

Sounds like you may have a condensation problem inside the camera - best way to check is to open up any card or battery compartments etc. and put it in a warm place like an airing cupboard (not in direct sunlight or on a heater) for a day or so and see if it makes any difference. If this doesn't solve the problem then please ask again and we can look for other possible solutions. Hope this helps :)

Monitor for the Canon Powershot A75 is blurry.the pictures taken previously are fine that are on the memory card.

you say previous pics are ok Just the newer ones. Only a guess but it happens regularly... Makes sure you have not set the camera to MACRO mode as if its not aq close up then a;ll pics will be fuzzy and blurred.

Close up pictures are blurred

Try setting camera into Macro mode. Its the button on the rear which looks like a tulip. Press it again to return to normal shooting.

Blurred images

i beleave on auto, the a75 has auto focus, there is a 1/2 second focus time before the picture is taken, enough to blurr the picture

Pink blur in viewer and wont take any new pictures

Its matter of bad CCD Imager in camera so you see pink distorted live image on lcd.

CCD Imager needs to be replaced in Canon A75 camera.

Canon will repair A75 for CCD Imager problem free of cost as per announced scheme.

Canon Powershot A75 blurred LCD display

It sounds like the focus element in your lens is not functioning properly. Does the lens retract completely when you turn off the camera? When you push the button does the camera attempt to focus the image? If you do not see any change in the image when you push the button, and do not hear any sound - then your focus motor is either jammed or malfunctioning. David Millier Advance Camera Repair
